Literal translation

我的 wǒ de: my

天 tiān: God

Example

A:今天特别热，40度。

B:我的天！

A:jīn tiān tè bié rè,40 dù 。

B:wǒ de tiān!

A: It's really hot today, like 40 degrees!

B: Oh my God!

2 天哪！tiān na！

Literal translation

天 tiān: god

哪 na :modal particle

Example:

A:天哪！这个手机太贵了！

B: 是啊,我买不起。

A:tiān na！zhè gè shǒu jī tài guì le ！

B:shì ā ,wǒ mǎi bù qǐ 。

A: God, this phone is so expensive!

B: Yea, I can't afford it.

3 我的妈呀！wǒ de mā ya！

Stronger tone than the last two, usually used when you are super surprised or shocked.

Literal translation

我的 wǒ de: my

妈 mā: mom

呀 ya: modal particle

Example:

A:我花800块钱买了个盘子

B:我的妈呀！这么贵！

A:wǒ huā 800 kuài qián mǎi le gè pán zǐ 

B:wǒ de mā ya！zhè me guì ！

A: I spent 800 rmb on a plate B: Jesus! So expensive!
